• Possess a valid Egyptian National ID
• Meet the minimum transaction requirements set by Stufee

During the checkout process, customers may be required to:

• Verify their identity using OTP verification
• Pay any applicable down payment or service fees

By completing a transaction, the customer agrees to:

• Pay all installment amounts on their due dates
• Authorize Stufee to process automatic payment deductions

Stufee Mobile Application

Customers can use the Stufee mobile application to:

Fees & Charges

• Stufee may charge service fees depending on the selected installment plan.
• 0% Interest Rate.
• Service fees may vary depending on the educational institution or financing plan.

Payments

• Customers are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available on their selected payment method at the due date of each installment.
• If automatic payment collection fails, customers may complete payments through alternative methods available on the Stufee platform.
• Stufee reserves the right to collect any outstanding amounts in the event of late or irregular payments.

Customer Information

Customers confirm that all provided information is:

• Accurate
• Current
• Complete

Customers are responsible for updating any changes to their information through the mobile application or customer support channels.

Customers are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Stufee Rights

Stufee reserves the right to:

• Approve or reject transactions at its discretion
• Set financing limits for customers
• Modify fees and financing terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse or policy violations
• Automatically collect due payments according to agreed schedules

All intellectual property rights related to the Stufee platform, application, branding, and content remain the property of Stufee.

Refunds & Cancellations

• Any approved refund adjustments will be reflected in the customer's account and installment schedule accordingly.
